POLISHED CONCRETE
A high-gloss finish attained by using special floor polishers fitted with diamond-impregnated abrasive disks (similar to sandpaper) to grind down surfaces to the desired degree of shine and smoothness. The resulting surface is very low-maintenance and can be stained to replicate the look of polished stone.
STAINED CONCRETE
The act of staining concrete a wide variety of colors and patterns.
STAMPED CONCRETE
Concrete flatwork that is patterned with platform tools, stamping mats, or seamless texturing skins to resemble materials such as brick, slate, stone, tile, and wood planking.
EPOXY FLOORING
Epoxy flooring refers to a system that is made up of two main components – resins and hardeners. The resin and hardener is mixed together where they chemically react to form a rigid plastic material that is strong, resistant to degradation and that bonds extremely well to its substrate. Epoxy floors are so strong that they can be used in even the most demanding of industrial environments. We also offer commercial kitchen epoxy mortar floors. Urethane mortar (cementitious urethane) flooring is the ideal flooring for commercial kitchens, as it can stand up to the harsh environment of a commercial kitchen.
TRAZZCRETE™
Trazzcrete™ is Transcrete Services’ proprietary alternative to terrazzo. From a construction standpoint, Trazzcrete reduces scheduling conflicts as we pour the slab as well as Trazzcrete, simultaneously. Construction continues to build around our floor until project is complete. We then grind, polish & turnover a beautiful, low maintenance floor that also qualifies for one LEED point. (No wax to clean. Just soap and water.)
We also install, refinish and repair terrazzo.
